The white wine Solaris, vintage 2019 from the winery Weinbau Dr. Wobar has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Brandenburg in Germany.
Some tropical fruit, guava, also raisin aromas, a hint of foxy. Massive on the palate, full-bodied with texture, but also with fire, cultivated acidity, sweet palate fruit, again the raisin impression. A very powerful wine with muscle and impact, not a summer wine!
