Flows somewhat unfiltered into the glass, the aroma opens up hesitantly with notes of plum, rhubarb, cherry, yeast and a fine ethereal note. Slender on the palate with an initially calm flow and nature, fine, vivid acidity, plum, cherry, also morello cherry. Builds up drive in the middle of the palate with a good amount of fine to medium-grained tannin, mineral, slightly salty finish.
