Restrained aroma, nutty. Spontaneous fermentation notes, banana. In the mouth the wine is buttery lined with mealy phenolics, the acidity rolls on slowly, the extract plateau lasts long, the finish is creamy. Completely at rest with good density, but not over-concentrated either.
