Delicately spicy, reductive first nose, roasted notes, salty popcorn, yellow apple, fresh apricots, salted lemons, grapefruit, cornflowers, fresh hay. Juicy on the palate with a slender structure and dense extract, creamy core, lively acidity provides traction and straightforward flow, mineral-salty to the clear fruit, fine phenolic, long and animating.
