The red wine »Kreation CMX« Rotwein trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Bernhard Ellwanger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Cortis from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Lots of Cabernet fruit on the nose, cassis, blackberries, black cherries and also bell pepper notes, black pepper, some elderberry. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, the warm year gives fullness and density, in contrast to the firm acidity, juicy, with distinctive tannins, lingers on the palate.
