The white wine Zell Heiland Silvaner trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Bremer has been rated in 2017 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
There is a youthful varietal spiciness, along with dandelion leaf, birch leaf tea, and a moist stone character. On the palate it is supple with good weight, and has a chalky-mineral extract, as well as a ripe and length-giving acidity. It is still in embryonic stage, and it has a great spicy future ahead.
