Tasting Notes
Smoky-spicy on the nose, with hints of rosemary and dried lemon peel. The palate brings a mineral base but also supple and rich texture. It's direct, not broad, and the coolness of the Zellertal is tangible in 2018 as well. Gripping, and full of certain ageing potential.
