Medium carmine, light pink reflections, broad brightening on the rim. Ripe pome fruit, in the background some red forest berries, a hint of currants and blackberries, subtle meadow herbs. Medium body, a hint of apple, fine fruit expression, mellow acidity and a fine salty finish, a kind of middle ground between red wine and rosé, ideal for many vegetarian dishes.
