Fermented spontaneously in tonneau. Yeasty aroma, rubber, leafy green, almost reminiscent of an introverted Sauvignon à la Dagueneau. Alcohol-rich palate, comparatively present sweetness, ripe acidity, clearly mineral extract, and then a beautiful, berry-grapey finish.
