It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
A hint of honey, ripe Burgundy berries, slightly smoky chalky notes in the background. The palate has a beautiful fullness, the mousse starts softly and is fine-pearled and fresh, bubbles discreetly, leads into an aromatic, tactile-mineral-coloured finish supported by fine acidity.
