Tasting Notes
Immediately after opening, the wine is still a touch herbaceous - but then quickly unfolds to reveal aromas of plum and milk chocolate. The palate is plump with mellow, mild tannins and delicate acidity, the tension coming from the minerality. The strong alcohol is well integrated, and the aging prospects are excellent.
