The rosé wine »Weissherbst« Müllheim Sonnhalde Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Dörflinger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Salmon pink in colour with orange hues. The aroma is still restrained, but brings to the fore a quite natural burgundy berryish aroma. On the palate the wine has some depth, the acidity gives the structure drive despite the high alcohol, the Vienna has almost the stature of a red wine, just with a little less colour and tannin.
