Aroma of bright fruit, pear, melon, some tangerine, sweet apple, fine and animating. Lively acidity and finely balanced sweetness on the palate, citrus fruit, grapefruit, delicate herbal savouriness, grippy with fine phenolics. A very elegant Kabinett.
