Tasting Notes
The aroma is somewhat unorthodox, undergrowth, some baker's yeast, smoke, cherry and blackcurrant, black truffle. Not a Pinot that calls for consensus on the palate either, with lively, almost biting acidity, dynamic flow, with a fine-grained tannin structure, dry, austere, with a mineral backbone. Not mainstream.
