A delicate salmon pink in colour. The nose has a pronounced floral aroma, rose, raspberry spirit, rose hip, freshly cooked stewed apple. There is also a subtle smoky note (to be interpreted as mineral?!). On the palate, the wine has a very fine, fresh mousse, a well-integrated acidity and a berry finish. A juicy sparkling wine that also lets the fruit have its say.
