Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow. Fine notes of candied orange peel on the nose, delicate dried fruit, a hint of roasted plums. Rich in finesse and balanced on the palate, very well integrated sweetness, with a fine terroir spice from the slate on the finish, very harmonious, pure drinking pleasure. A relatively sweet wine from the frost year, which nevertheless reveals a great deal about its origins.
