Medium yellow-green. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, delicate hints of pineapple and mandarin oranges, mineral notes, distinct touch of slate. Rich in extract and delicately salty on the palate, appears powerful, fine buffered acidity, soft, elegant texture, fine touch of ringed lime on the finish, some milk chocolate on the finish.
