The red wine Baccara, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Eichenstein has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, sparkling ruby red. Pithy, spicy nose of plums, Amarena cherries and leather, with a hint of shoe polish. Very juicy on the palate with great grip and a fresh pull, spreads out medium-broad and ends with a crisp finish.
