Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. On the nose, a fine oak savouriness, vanilla, black cherry, blackberry confit, tobacco, hints of herbs and a mineral touch. Taut on the palate, subtly savoury, with dark fruit, fresh acidity, crisp tannins, a hint of blood orange and a mineral-salty finish. Still very youthful, with definite further ageing potential. (2025, drink, hold +20)
