Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour, with a deep core and purple reflections, subtly lighter at the rim. Delicate balsamic-woody savoury underlay of ripe black fruits of the forest confit, tobacco, and candied orange zest in the background. Complex, pronounced fruit, perfectly ripe tannins, salty-mineral. Lingers very long on the palate and has good aging potential.
