Medium yellow, with silver highlights. Subtle hints of spices, a touch of mango and baby banana, delicate nuances of cinnamon. Juicy, with notes of yellow tropical fruit, subtle minerality, fresh structure, pleasant apple notes on the finish, good length—a versatile pairing for meals.
