Tasting Notes
Anyone who thinks that Chasselas is a banal grape variety has not yet tasted this wine. A fine aroma of lime, apple, cantaloupe melon and very fine roasted notes. Sparse and cool on the palate, with a mouthwatering phenolic quality. A very harmonious wine.
