The white wine »Vulkan« Linsenhofen Silvaner trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Hedwig und Helmut Dolde has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose paler pear than the "White Jura", almond touch, mineral, with some air immediately redolent of the rock. Present on the palate with an amazing draw, acidity taut, not at all fruit oriented. Creaminess meets Scandinavia, a nod to the kitchen.
