Tasting Notes
Smoky tones and reductive notes like car tyres. But also red berry notes. Very clear cranberry touch. Dense on the palate in an unpretentious way, fine acidity, lots of juice, ripe tannins in discreet quantities, combines spice and fruit, elegance and density, a little cotton candy and intense red berries on the finish, juicy, intense aromas and controversial in the tasting panel due to the intensity of the yeast tones.
