Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Restrained on the nose, hay and artichoke show themselves somewhat shy with apple notes, as well as some yeast. In a structure kept lean, the fruit sweetness is absorbed and carried by the lively acidity, fine spice and juiciness. Also develops a certain complexity in the glass, which also benefits from food.

More about the tasting

Yeast marks the aroma, needs a lot of air. Finally, aromas of apple and hay also come through. On the palate, the wine is slender, juicy and elegant, with lively acidity and noticeable sweetness as a counterbalance. An accessible, harmoniously balanced single variety wine.
