Very bright, radiant green yellow. Clear and restrained on the nose, slightly green spicy, floral, subtle scent of saffron flowers after a little air. Extremely taut on the palate with plenty of raciness and tension, has a lot of drive, precise and clean with a slightly salty undertone, needs plenty of time in the glass to open up.
