On the nose: honey, apple, ripe nectarine, also sweet cherry, some fudge, anise, raisin, very complex. The palate starts with texture and smoothness, then unfolds more and more fine-grained phenolics, the acidity rolls slowly and concentrates on the finish in unison with the fruit. Dense, long and still at the very beginning of its evolution.
