Tasting Notes
Sparkling, dark ruby with a garnet rim. A compact, complex nose that opens with notes of cloves, plenty of blackberry, and wild raspberry, with a hint of candied orange peel in the background. Clear and straightforward on the palate, it opens with polished, fine tannins, a lovely sweet smoothness, and a singing quality, followed by a very long finish.
