Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Presumably spontaneous fermentation, herbal notes with fine yeast alongside flowers, darker aromas such as some miso and malt combine with classic Riesling fruit, peach and apricot. The lively acidity is the pacemaker on the palate, a beautiful intermezzo with the sweetness, accompanied by savoury, mineral components. Delicate, elegant, lots of wine, lots of provenance.
