The white wine Würzburger Stein Silvaner GG, vintage 2009 from the winery Weingut Juliusspital has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Bukettraube from the region Franconia in Germany.
Still green reflections in the colour. Piquant fruit, passion fruit, chilli, but also smoky, balsamic, highly sophisticated in the mouth, fine phenolics that still have tension, soft base, good acidity, combines power with subtlety, the alcohol is somewhat noticeable, but the great mineral freshness of the wine holds against it.
