Tasting Notes
Red apple, stewed apple, floral, candied lemon peel, overall still primary and not very developed. Gripping on the palate, taut, crisp acidity, measured alcohol, great juiciness and even a certain astringency that will disappear with bottle ageing. Pronounced tactile minerality on the finish. A diamond in the rough.
