Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Initially somewhat closed on the nose, then notes of fresh cherry confit, nuances of cassis and blackberries, a subtle tobacco-like savouriness. Complex, on the palate, with pronounced fruit, dark berries, elegant tannins and hints of sweet cherry on the lingering finish. Definite ageing potential.
