The white wine »Fumé Blanc Réserve« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Kilian Hunn has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
The "Fumé" is not about loud, superficial primary fruit: fine wood savouriness, some caramel with ripe mango. Juicy and savoury in a broad body, the wood maturation provides structure, mineral base, some green walnut.
