Pale white yellow with greenish reflections. Vivid, ripe fruit with a piquant mineral flavour from the limestone. Enormous minerality, powerful and fresh, with lively lime flavours, firm, straightforward, dense, concentrated, bordering on powerful, but this is the Steinbuckel, and is no children's birthday party.
