Delicately spicy aroma, clove, cinnamon, dried mint, juniper, sloe, sour cherries, wild berries, dark chocolate. Beautiful and elegant tension on the palate, fine acidity, pithy, ripe tannins, tight-knit and not dominant, fresh and juicy with ageing potential.
