The mini-project of Stefan Knipser and Bernd Philippi (ex Koehler-Ruprecht) only produces a few hundred bottles a year. But what a few! Cardamom, coriander and mineral tones, lime and iron. Soft and silky in the mouth, with a creamy base, richly endowed with viscous layers, seamlessly integrated acidity, a very quiet extract.
