Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a very fine persistent bouquet. Attractive white tropical fruit nuances alongside hints of white apple and strawberries and some cookie character. The nose also carries a subtle lime zest notes. Taut and complex, there's a subtle fruit sweetness and a touch of honey, but perfectly balanced by a nervy acidity structure. The finish is fine, with apple and mango showing through. It feels light on its feet overall, mineral and persistent. Already drinking well but has certain ageing potential.
