Subtle boisée, but above all a fresh, slightly savoury fruit. Also floral notes. Good proportion on the palate, with dry but ripe tannins and a supple background, with a layer of tactile limestone minerality, well-integrated acidity and strong alcohol. Stimulates chewing, a striking Pinot Noir that needs and is capable of maturing.
