An aroma of freshly ground, fine hazelnut, lime blossom, white peach, yellow pear, rock flour and lime lemon balm. Also complex on the palate. Lots of texture, fine phenolic flavours, still youthful ageing notes with well-judged acidity. Long finish with certain ageing potential.
