Tasting Notes
Floral aromas, plus nougat de Montélimar, clover blossom, a touch of oak, woodruff, very complex and yet probably far from fully grown-up. The palate displays a seamlessly round smoothness, is elegant and aromatic, carried by fine acidity, still compactly sturdy in the transition to the finish, which picks up all the aromas of the fragrance and carries them persistently. A food wine that, probably after two or three years of further ageing, will combine perfectly with dishes with truffles.
