The red wine »Schlangenpfiff« Münzberg Spätburgunder GG, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Münzberg has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points.
A modest nose, finely nuanced aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, some potting soil, also slightly ethereal appeal. On the palate, the finely chiseled and yet vivid acidity takes over, the fine-grained tannins are of high quality, elegantly transported substance and depth, mineral foundation, with good ageing potential.
