Tasting Notes
A delicate onion-skin colour. The aroma pulls out all the stops: red berries, apple jelly, roasted chestnut, a hint of balsamic savouriness and a little oak. The palate has a lot of tension, is densely packed with fine tannins, the acidity unfolds without being isolated and the finish tingles with lime-mineral notes. Jam packed.
