Tasting Notes
Roasted hazelnut, mineral overtones, citrus fruit, supple and sustained in the attack, firm acid backbone, the wine is just beginning to unfold, still has further reserves of substance, as a slight astringency and the pronounced fruit transition to the dense finish show.
More about the tastingRelaxed nose with smoke, tobacco, quince, melon, apricot, acacia honey, apple skin and stewed fruit. Well woven on the palate, and well balanced, the acidity is still lively. Good length, not a loud and shrill wine but perfect with food.
