Tasting Notes
Notes of ripe fruit and spice on the nose, apple, tangerine peel, bread crust, citrus fruit, also mineral and smoky hints, some black tea. Full-bodied and rather horizontal on the palate with good extract and density, fine phenolics, noticeable mineral tones, good length.
More about the tastingMineral nose, rock flour, lemon balm and grated green apple, profound. Lots of juice and structure on the palate, polished acidity, bright fruit, lots of savouriness and minerality, great length. A very balanced Pinot Blanc with plenty of ageing potential.
