Green, herbal and spicy aroma. Full-bodied on the palate, definitely with muscle, densely laden with extract, quite straightforward, with intense tactile minerality, a true Saar classic.

Fragrant white currant, flint, with a touch of struck match, plus apple. Full-bodied and very broad, with viscous and mineral layers, comparatively pronounced alcohol, firm acidity. Still seems reserved, but has great ageing potential.
