Tasting Notes
Fragrant fruity bouquet with lots of citrus, quince, freshly cut wood, biscuit and light ethereal notes. On the palate there is a fine interplay between fruit and acidity, elderflower cordial, clear lemon, acacia honey. It has a mineral finish with a slight ginger spiciness.
