Medium lemon yellow in the glass, with a tiny hint of rosé. The flint wine is very expressive on the nose, with intense raspberry notes and noble yeasty traces of ageing. Very vivid, almost a little too foamy mousse, then very individual behind it, hazelnut, more raspberry, exciting.
