A very attractive bouquet, with subtle aromas of apricot, lime, lemon balm, peach and meadow herbs emanating from the glass. Complex on the palate, with balanced, ripe acidity, a mineral core, almost a little Burgundian in style. The long finish is accompanied by light phenolics notes.
