Tasting Notes
Some plum and lots of herbal savouriness, aniseed, fennel pollen, dill, a hint of pine nuts. Silky tannins, fresh and very juicy, homogeneously vivid palate fruit, seamlessly integrated, physiologically completely ripe acidity, a complex Burgundy that only shows its northern provenance to a limited extent - and if at all, positively.
