Disgorged 6/2017. Green apple, grape, blossom honey. A slight hint of yeast. Very fine, creamy mousse, full-bodied mid-palate, dense, vinous palate impression, taut acidity and a relatively noticeable sweetness, powerful body, quite clearly berry and fruity on the finish.
